Terms of Service

By creating a Trogix account or using the service, you agree to these terms. If you are using Trogix on behalf of a business, you confirm you are authorized to accept these terms for it.

Trogix lets restaurants build a digital menu, generate table QR codes, take orders and manage their kitchen flow. Features may change as we improve the product.

You are responsible for the accuracy of your menu, prices and business details, and for keeping your sign-in access secure. You retain ownership of the content you upload; you grant us the licence needed to host and display it to your guests.

Trogix does not process payments. Guests place their order through Trogix and pay your restaurant directly at the counter. You are responsible for collecting payment, issuing receipts and any applicable taxes.

Don’t use Trogix to break the law, infringe others’ rights, upload harmful content, or attempt to disrupt or gain unauthorized access to the service.

The service is provided “as is” without warranties. To the extent permitted by law, Trogix is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of the service.
