Who this covers
Trogix provides digital menus, QR ordering and kitchen tools to restaurants. This policy explains what we collect from restaurant owners who sign up, and from guests who place orders by scanning a table QR code.
What we collect
Restaurant owners: the email address used to sign in, and the business details you enter — name, type, phone, tagline and your menu.
Guests: the contents of an order (table number, items, quantities and total). Guests do not create an account and we do not ask them for personal contact details.
How we use it
To operate the service: email you a one-time sign-in code, publish your menu, take and display orders, and show you basic analytics. We do not sell your data or use it for third-party advertising.
Service providers
We rely on trusted processors to run Trogix: hosting (Vercel), database (Neon), short-lived code storage (Upstash) and email delivery (Resend). They process data only to provide their part of the service.
Security & retention
Traffic is encrypted in transit, sign-in codes are hashed and expire within minutes, and access tokens are signed and time-limited. We keep your data while your account is active; contact us to delete it.
Your choices
You can edit or remove your menu and business details at any time from the dashboard, and request deletion of your account and its data by contacting us.
